Currently serving as the People Operations Director for Nebraska Tribes Addressing Violence Coalition, she excels in implementing HRIS systems, managing payroll and benefits, and crafting policies that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements. From designing applicant tracking systems to optimizing benefits for multi-state operations, Tenda thrives in dynamic environments where strategy meets execution.

In her spare time, Tenda loves spending time with animals of all kinds, including her foster kittens, cooking with friends, and just about anything related to houseplants.
